Dinner Meeting Refund Policy:

ASQTZ will fully refund dinner meeting fee (less PayPal processing fee if applicable) up to seven (7) days prior to the start of the dinner meeting as long as member or company notifies the responsible ASQTZ Coordinator (see flyer) in writing or by telephone. All cancellations made within seven (7) days of the dinner meeting are non-refundable. All no-shows are non-refundable. Please note: a refund check is sent to your via our online banking service in a non-descript window envelope with return address of "C.D.S.I.", not "ASQTZ".
